FOUNDER'S BIO
Karen Henry, Founder of Guiding HR, offers more than 25 years of strategic and transactional experience in Human Resources. Areas of expertise include recruiting, talent management, employee relations, policy development & interpretation, compensation, investigations, M&A integration, and training for small to mid-size companies.

Karen holds a master’s degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and is certified in multiple areas of HR Management through UC Irvine, the Center for Creative Leadership, and emotional intelligence (EQ) mentoring. Karen is both a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SCP-SHRM) as certified by the Society of Human Resources Management.
Karen was Director of Human Resources for Snap-On Business Solutions, a $2.6 billion-dollar S&P 500 company with thousands of employees globally. She also provides pro-bono support to non-profit organizations through the Taproot Foundation.
